First step: Review questions 1-6

If your first reaction to the list is one of ‘is that all?’ then you’re underestimating the

power of simplicity for achieving great things.

Attracting Success Its easier than you think. 6 steps, while simple, form the most powerful achievement strategy on the planet!

1. What do you want?

Sounds obvious right, no wrong. Just ask someone what they want to do with their exercise plan, or even their life, and you will receive vague answers at best.
Let’s break this down; Things like “weight loss” or “become rich” or “earn more” are not goals.
OK NO. They’re not.
However they are better classified as hopes that are so vague and meaningless that we can pretty much guarantee they will fail.
A real goal, however, is clearly stated and summarizes identifies what you  want , with a time frame attached to it. This way, you have a reference point to measure how far you are from completing your mission.
For example ‘lose weight’ becomes ‘lose 30lbs’ or ‘weigh exactly 120lbs’. ‘Get fit’ becomes ‘buy a car’ or ‘buy a Mercedes in 10 months’ and ‘earn more money’ becomes ‘earn $110,000 a year after taxes’
See the difference?
One is open-ended and allows for excuses and get out clauses while the other identifies the target and the way you will obtain your goal. This way, you measure your current level of success and adjust your course as needed.
Again, what is it YOU want? (Jot it down on a sheet of paper RIGHT asap!)

2.  Why do you want it?

It is amazing how people happily set goals they don’t care much about.
You hear them say ‘I’m going to do this’ or ‘I’m going to do that’ yet when you ask them why they have no explanation. No reason for doing something is  a sure sign that a goal may fail and is also definite sign you should look for when setting your personal goals.

3.  Why do you want it?

A goal without a date of completion is like a book without words in it. See, clearly something is missing.
Until you define the time frame to complete your goals,  you are
just reverting back to the ‘one day i will’ dream and let’s not forget ‘wouldn’t it be nice if..’ wishes that most people have. Why wish when you can make results!
Wishing is a cleaver way of giving yourself an excuse to Not act, And we know, without action nothing changes.
When you know what you want and why you want it, next you MUST set a date for getting it. This way, there is a sense of urgency to get your goal. In truth, This is what you want!
Also, you are able to measure whether or not your goals are on schedule or not and what actions it will take to get you on track.
So, WHEN do you want your goals to come to life?

4. Write down your goals and read them regularly

There is a definite sequence to take a goal from an idea to reality. This sequence is summed up in three words.
Thought + Word = Action
Up to now we reviewed thoughts and the importance of deciding what you want, why you want it and the time factor of when you want it. This is the inner work to goal setting. This is a vital step to the achievement of your goals, this alone is not enough to bring goals into reality.
By now you should have a clearer defined dream, right now it’s still just a dream.
To take your goal from a dream to reality… it needs to become real in some way.
Studies have shown, the act of writing goals down increases the likelihood of their achievement from 500% to 5000% plus, reading the words out loud on a daily, several times a day, increases the effectiveness of achievement even more!
Certainly every successful person I’ve ever met or known has told me that they not only have a written list of goals, but they also read their goals many times a day and carry their list with them too.

5. What is the price?

People set goals correctly, they know what they want, why they want it, when they want it and they write their goals down too, But, In spite of doing everything right, they never make any real headway toward achieving their goals.
They don’t think about the cost of achieving their goals before starting and when they have to pay for their goals in the way of hard-working time… they’re disappointed and second guessing their plan.
The REAL truth is, every goal has a price that must be paid.
It might be financial, it might be time, it might be a change of lifestyle, it might be a relationship or ANYTHING, but trust me, there WILL be a price.
Certainly, at the start of my career (and even now to a lesser extent) my determination to have my own
business, to become a entrepreneur, consultant, healer and author meant that I would have to pay the price of longer hours at work, less time with my family and a higher degree of financial risk.
That was my price. I didn’t have to pay it at first, If I was not willing to pay the cost, I wouldn’t reach my goals. I had a clear choice. What is the price of YOUR goals?
Think about it now, so that you can decide your next move, whether or not the cost is too steep and if it is, just set another goal that you want to strive for. It’s alright to save yourself some time.

6. PAY The Price!

Paying the price gets its own category because, since knowing the price, paying it is an ongoing investment that you must make every day until the goal is yours. What we’re talking about is the consistent, ACTION that many people are simply not willing to take.
Sure, they come out of the gate looking fully motivated to get their goal but, they soon slow down, and go to something else. It starts with one day without action toward their goals, then two, then three and, before you know it, their action towards their goals has stopped.
What happened?
They stopped paying the price.
Here’s the thing most people don’t get;
If you’ve been paying the price, and paying the price and paying the price for days, weeks, months and even years, The One day you choose to wake up and stop paying the price, every single payment you made was a waste. Some would say…
A waste of your time.
A waste of your money.
A waste of your effort.
Yes, the only way to possibly get your return on investment is to achieve your goals.
Anything less was a failed attempt at success.
This might sound a bit over the top but it’s true.
Once you start paying the price, stay with the goal until it’s achieved.

To affirm means to: make firm.  Affirmations are an important detail in the visualization process.  To affirm, means something is already happening.  Affirmations are  positive reinforcing statements used to remind someone and the universe what truly matters. What If You Were Psychically Open Since Birth?…

 

 What Does It Mean To Be Psychically Open?

 

I am in my office writing an article. Just as i’m about to finish the last part…The phone rings. I notice the name on the caller id, stop writing to answer the phone. In my head i am thinking about the vibration i feel from the person. I do a  quick reading while holding the phone on my shoulder to see how i should handle this situation with my client. This client has been out of touch. They seemed to have come back to life when i was working with them in the past but after 9 months they went back to where they were. This person did not stop doing all the harmful things right after i started working with them. However they made some huge changes. They had many awakenings, in the daytime and at night during their dreams. i will explain what awakenings are shortly.

 

 

On the other end on the line is a dear client who tells me they have been too depressed to leave their home. They do not sound depressed as they explain their multiple  experiences they have had during their unending depression. I listen silently. Intently. My intuition picked up on their challenges instantly. As i listened i heard about 7 key things that told me what i needed to know to assist my client with their situation.

1. They say they’ve been hearing voices.

2. Have not eaten the way they should be eating.

3. They have been having so many vivid dreams.

4. Sometimes they have thoughts about wanting to die

5. They pop pills to hide from reality

6. They speak about other people in the home being a problem.

7. They stopped bathing regularly

 

 

After the last part there was not much silence. I spoke immediately. What have you been focusing on during this time of depression i asked? They said nothing but making money. I knew that was not true. Psychics can see beyond mere worlds people say, if we choose to. I asked the question again with a couple other questions. At first they did not give the answer that i was looking for. Then after a few minutes they came with the truth. They said they were going through a rough time. As i sat on the other end other end of the line there was no doubt about that. Their aura felt heavy, dark and cold. I knew there was warmth in their heart though. That i could feel it. I smiled before i spoke again.

 

From the start of the phone call…They were intent on telling me a story that came to them in their dream state. I listened. The dream showed exactly what needed to happen to erupt this person from their challenge. This was not a scheduled session so i cut straight to the chase. I knew this client for years. Pass lifetimes even. We have a great connection. I knew what they were about to say. I stopped them.

 

I started off…”Listen, you have energy problems. Let me tell you what is going to bring you success here: 1st of all, if you know you have a problem with being joyful, happy motivated. What should you do?” I asked if they had a plan to stop the constant cycles of depression in their life. They said no, they did not. If you want to stop this you need a plan! A regime would do wonders for you. You have to take charge of your life. Now i understand what the ‘people’ have told you but YOU have the power. You are choosing this life. Are you not? When i asked that question they admitted to not really trying. (We had been here before)

 

I spoke again, you need positive things honey. You have to surround yourself with life. If not you will not remember your goal to stop choosing to be down in the dumps. They started speaking about someone else who is tired of them looking a mess. I stopped them- “Look honey you have a choice, do you not?”  You can be around whomever you desire to. This is up to you. Not them.

 

I know you have thoughts coming to you all day. your nervous system is very sensitive. You have to stay on point with things that make you feel good. Your thoughts are coming from a sick body, they will sabotage your efforts. We all have to IGNORE thoughts that do not suit us. That is your challenge. We know you are open psychically, now what are you going to do about it. You have a gift. But you have to nurture it or it can turn into a nightmare for you. I change you to sit down and write a list of how your day is GOING to look. you hold the key! Then i want you to listen to things that keep you on point all day with sticking to your mission. Look all you need is 21 days! Then the new routine will become a habit.

 

What should you be listening to as someone who is psychically open? For one, listen to music, lectures all things that motivate and inspire you to do whatever you want to be or do. You should be listening to stuff like that daily. Meditation music, uplifting, inspiring. Motivational speakers that specialize in the field of study you want to get into or grow more confident in.

 

 

This story is a story i shared because there are other people in the world who share this experience. The issue with this is: People are being told THEY are not in control of their lives 100% of the time. As a healer i have a sense for motivating people to do their best. Obstacles are always in our lives but they question is: What are we going to do to clear them up. I AM SOLUTION ORIENTED 100% of the time. Back to the story.

 

There are people in the world who believe they have a problem, or that something is permenently wrong with them. There is viable information that most people need to know. If they knew the truth about their bodies and brains they would be able to do so much more in life.

 

The world we live in is far more than most know. As a whole we all do things together. There is one connection we each are a part of that oneness. For instance we all breathe together plus we share the same air too! This has been happening since forever. Also, when we yawn, other people yawn directly after us, or the other way around. Cats and dogs yawn too. It’s funny dogs and cats actually yawn before or after people do. Its a divine chain reaction. The World we live in is a strange world some would say.

 

The same way we share oxygen, we share thoughts as well. What my client is having is a major energy shift in her life. Everything she is going through is nessesary for her to evaluate her life and make a choice. She is at a crossroads. That’s all it is. How many times have we all been at one of those. I’ll answer that for you! It’s been Several times in our lives. We go through life learning lessons during our life to grow, evolve and transform.

 

Here are some key things that can HINDER us from having a balanced nervous system:

 

1. Using DRUGS of ALL OF ALL KINDS including alcohol & weed too.

2. Not getting 7- 8 hours of quality sleep per night.

3. Eating an greasy, fried, over salted & cooked, super sugar unhealthy diet.

4. Watching to much television

5. Unbalanced, unclean environment

6. No game plan

 

Women, men and children are born sometimes with very sensitive nervous systems. This happens all the time. What types of things happen when someone is open in this way? Well, they can be pursuaded to do something without words. they can be pulled to do something through thoughts and energy alone. No one ever taught them (Pranayama)  deep breathing, Meditation, Qi Gong, Tai Qi and yoga exercises to assist them in balancing out their life force energy so they can then live joyfully with mastery of their body. Once everyone is taught such things, the world will be a brand new place. Most people have a thought come to them, they assume its their thought. Often it is not, what kinds of things have people done as a result of not knowing that energy is a thoughts. Energy comes before words do. Always has.

 

 

This is why the Law of Attraction we say you have to ignore thoughts that do not serve to push you further. You must feel good and you must have a plan! A psychically open man woman or child can learn much from understanding how to work: The Law of Attraction in their life. Affirmations Revisited With Joy!

Affirmations are more than a sentence. They are written for the purpose of reaffirming something a person wants to do or remember to do. Affirmations can be used for many things as it relates to the law of attraction they should be used to keep you in line with that which you say you want to attract more of into your life. Always phrase affirmations in terms of what you want rather than what you do not want. The brain cannot evaluate ‘not happy’ without thinking of being unhappy. You get reminded of the words you say whether you adding not or do not want to them. It is important to know what type of intelligence we are dealing with when we speak about the unlimited power within us and the matching stream vibration of unlimited power all around us.

 

Happiness

 

Affirmations can be repeated as many times a day. Pick affirmations that make you feel good. What works for you may not work for another. That is only natural. It is all personal preference. Studies have shown that people who repeat positive words to themselves daily boost their self image to themselves and the world at large. Affirmations are the key to unlocking the motivation that one may lack from minute to minute. It is not enough to say an affirmation if you are not feeling what you are saying. To continue the constant cycle of like attracts like decide what type of energy you want to see more of in your life, then pick your affirmations accordingly. Remember, energy follows thought.

 

 

Here is an exercise to discover what type of affirmations to us: Look at the two affirmations below. Which one will attract more of what you want, and which one will attract more of what you do not want? That is what you have to ask before using an affirmation. OK now for the exercise!

“Everyone enjoys listening to what I have to say.”

Next you will see how to turn your list of wants into affirmations. Make sure you are thinking of your personal wants so you can create your own list too.

 

 

Keep the following points in mind when crafting your affirmations

 

1) Phrase your affirmations in the present tense. Write them as if you are enjoying them right now.

 

For example: If your goal is to attract more love, a suitable affirmation might be: ‘I am surrounded with more and more love everyday. I feel love all around me’.

 

 

What are your dreams and desires again? Your affirmations should reflect what you want more of in your life.

 

 

Here are some examples of a goal and the affirmation crafted specifically for affirming …

 

 

1) Goal: abundance in all areas of my life

 

Affirmation: I am abundant in all areas of my life

 

2) Goal: stability

 

Affirmation: I am stable in all areas of my life

 

3) Goal: I want to win

 

Affirmation: I am a winner!

 

4) Goal: I want good health

 

Affirmation: I have ideal health

 

5) Goal: a husband and 3 beautiful children

 

Affirmation: I am enjoying my loving husband and children

 

 

6) Goal: to travel the world

 

Affirmation: I am joyfully traveling the world anytime I choose to

 

 

7) Goal: as a successful business executive

 

Affirmation: I am a successful business executive now

 

 

8) Goal: a healthy relationship with my family

 

Affirmation: My family relationships are happy and healthy

 

 

 

This may seem like a challenging exercise to some, but with practice you will be constructing your personal list affirmations in no time. The key to writing affirmations is to write with intention. Feel the positive vibration of being revolutionary in your life! Taking action is awesome!

To attract this and more, write some affirmations and simply allow the universe to respond to your most desired thoughts. Saying affirmations out loud has been known to be preferred by some. However, saying affirmations out loud has nowhere near the same impact as repeatedly hearing the same words inside your mind.

 

 

So where do you place your affirmations now? Place them wherever you will be reminded of them.

Only when you choose have the Resolve and Determination to lead a Happier and more Positive life, will you be Naturally inclined to use a Healing Process of Positive Affirmations. You cannot “force” yourself to be Happy. However, you CAN choose to be Joyful at anytime. When you make this Choice, you can Reinforce and Invigorate the process with living and eating balanced. Healing and Positive Affirmations look good on you. Remember~ Affirm the peace within you, Visualize Luminous Images all day and Feel Sparkling Rays of Strength and Courage within and surrounding your Being! You can do it!

How to attract the love you want?

Many individuals can not understand why they get the same things reoccurring in their lives, they feel they should have someone who is more compatible with them, more harmonious plus a person with less complications too.

It is so important to sit down and take note of how you view the mates’ of your past and present. To begin to understand what it is you are attracting to you, think about your relationships for a minute.

What were the reasons they did not last? please write down a list of qualities and traits your person likes and also do a separate list of the qualities and traits your person does not like or care for in the other person.

Think about the things you like longer than you do about the things you do not like. Then write those things down. If you feel tension in the body as you do this exercises; ignore it! Keep going, this is a chance to set the record straight and to finally get clear on what you want to attract.

Really get into this list now, next make sure you have added as many things that your person does not like as needed.

Close your eyes and picture the conversations with people you have had about your relationships. Think of who you spoke to, their energy and manifesting effectiveness and then think about how many times you have entertained a talk about either the items on list one or number two.

Ask a couple questions to clarify the answers that come to you. Ask what positive words have I said about this person or situation? Also ask, how many times have I spoke about relationships between me and another with words that express my discontent for them. Use a number between 1-10 to rate your answers.

After you do that take a deep breath because you are well on your way to changing your future. Since you have reflected on the patterns of your life, you can now make some life long changes to the area of your life that deals with relationships. It is time to break the old patterns to make way for new things to come in.

Many individuals do not know how they attract everything they do not want to them. I am here to tell you that the law of attraction works with everything on earth. There is no exceptions. Your job is to keep pointing to all that you want to see more of. Remember that.

A good example of this was a friend was telling me that all she was attracting to her was, things like married men, shady friends’, unbalanced health to name a few. Next thing i asked was how many times does she say i do not want this or that to her friends or acqintences. When i asked that question, she said a lot. I said bingo! So i told her to follow the next steps.

Next, write down what you WANT in a mate right now. Do not hold back. Write a list of as many things as you need to to make the list complete. Now take this list and write affirmations out of them. On your list of I want it now: If you wrote: I want a mate who cleans up after themselves…

OK good, now to turn this into a affirmation that will assist you in the present we need to make sure the affirmation is written in the present tense for one. But also we need to speak about the item on this list that you want as if you already have it and its happening right now.

So here is the example of the finished affirmation: I am in a joyous relationship with a mate who cleans up after themselves (no matter what), (all of the time) or (daily) are some extra words you could add to really personalize the affirmation further.

It is important to word affirmations right because we get what we ask for. What we ask for is nothing more than things we feel passionate about. When we are passionate about something we are sending concentrated energy to it constantly.

In addition we need to recognize the healing that needs to take place within us. Yes we wrote lists and we can identify what others’ may need to transform. How about we write down some things about us that we can work on so we can bring forth a better us next time we are in a romantic relationship. Remember we must become the thing we seek. Like attracts like. After you write your list, then write a date that you want to heal or change the thing.

The other step to attracting the love that you want is to see you and someone together already. It does not matter if this is a picture of a place holder, meaning you choose to manifest visually with a photo of someone you do not know because you have not met a prospect to related or mate with yet.

When you make the choice, towards living joyfully you will feel the transformation within you so strong. Smiling reinforces and Invigorate the process along with with living and eating a balanced diet. On top of all of that, affirmations look good on you. Other individuals will know that something is different about you once you choose to feel good daily.
