The good news is that this allows for a large amount of savings if we decide to be frugal with our shopping. Following a few simple tips will have you well on your way to saving a few bucks.
1.) Make a meal plan. You’ll know exactly what you need from the store before you go.
2.) Watch for specials and coupons in store newsletters, and plan your meals around them.
3.) Make a list and stick to it. If its not on the list, then just don’t buy it.
4.) Never shop when you are really hungry. That way you wonít be tempted to buy things that you don’t need.
5.) Shop alone. Count on your bill being higher when you bring your spouse or children.
6.) Only buy things you know youíll use. For example, if your family doesnít like broccoli, donít buy broccoli in the hopes that theyíll eat healthier this week.
7.) Keep your eyes on the items on the bottom shelf where the prices are lower.
8.) Buy store brands when the quality is the same. Most of the time, it actually is the same product in a different package.
It is pretty easy to be frugal once you realize how much money youíre actually saving with these simple steps. Keep a log of your grocery bills, so you can see how much of a difference you are making. Have you ever noticed that the things you buy every week at the grocery and hardware stores go up a few cents between shopping trips? Not by much…just by a little each week but they continue to creep up and up.
All it takes for the price to jump up by a lot is a little hiccup in the world wide market, note the price of gasoline as it relates to world affairs.
There is a way that we can keep these price increases from impacting our personal finances so much and that is by buying in quantity and finding the best possible prices for the things we use and will continue to use everyday… things that will keep just as well on the shelves in our homes as it does on the shelves at the grocery store or hardware store.
For instance, dog food and cat food costs about 10% less when bought by the case than it does when bought at the single can price and if you wait for close out prices you save a lot more than that. Set aside some space in your home and make a list of things that you use regularly which will not spoil. Any grain or grain products will need to be stored in airtight containers that rats can’t get into so keep that in mind.
Then set out to find the best prices you can get on quantity purchases of such things as bathroom items and dry and canned food. You will be surprised at how much you can save by buying a twenty pound bag of rice as opposed to a one pound bag but don’t forget that it must be kept in a rat proof container.
You can buy some clothing items such as men’s socks and underwear because those styles don’t change, avoid buying children’s and women’s clothing, those styles change and sizes change too drastically. Try to acquire and keep a two year supply of these items and you can save hundreds of dollars.
A lot of us live our lives like we are bound by something unseen. Yes, still humans are built to move, too often many put themselves on activity restriction. We have bodies designed and quite able to race across the savannas, but some live a lifestyle made up of: dragging along from the bed to the breakfast table; to the car seat; to the office chair; to the restaurant chair; to the living room couch and finally back to the bed.
It was not always this way. Not long ago in the United States, a man who worked on a farm did the equivalent of 15 miles of jogging every day; and his wife did the equivalent of 7 miles of jogging.
Today, our daily obligations of work and home keep us tied to our chairs, and if we want exercise, we have to desperately make time for it.
The fact is, health experts insist that the worldwide obesity situation is probably caused as much by lack of physical activity as by eating too much. Hence, it is important that people get revved up to move around.
However, that does not mean that a lap or two around the old high school track will offset a daily load of donuts. Exercise alone is not very efficient, experts say. They contend that if you just exercise and do not change your diet, you may be able to prevent weight gain or even lose a few pounds for only a little while then the weight may just slide back on.
Nevertheless, it is not something that you are likely to sustain unless exercise is part of an overall program. The more regularly you exercise, the easier it is to maintain your weight. Here is what to do every day to make sure that you get the exercise you need.
1. Get quality rest preferably at night.
Make sure that you get adequate sleep. Good sleep habits are conducive to exercise, experts point out. If you feel worn out during the day, you are less likely to get much physical activity during the day.
In addition, there is evidence that people who are tired tend to eat more, using food as a substance for the rest they need.
2. Take A Walk
It is probably the easiest exercise program of all. In fact, it may be all you ever have to do, according to some professional advices of some health experts.
Gradually build up to at least 30 minutes of brisk walking five times a week. Brisk walks themselves have health and psychological benefits that are well worth the while.
3. Walk On A treadmill
When the weather is bad, you might not feel like going outdoors. But if you have a treadmill in the television room, you can catch up on your favorite shows while you are doing your daily good turn for your weight-maintenance plan.
Most of us watch television anyway, and indoor exercise equipment enables anyone to turn a sedentary activity into a healthy walk.
4. Go For It Today
Excuses aside, lack of time is certainly a limiting factor in most lifestyles. That is why health experts suggest a basic guideline for incorporating exercise into your schedule. If you needed another reason to get started, there are many.
Get as much exercise as you can that feels good without letting it interfere with your work or family life. If you need to, remind yourself that you are preventing many health problems when you prevent weight gain; and keeping your health in a manageable place is a gift to your family as well as yourself. Live lighter, live longer.
Skincare could quite possibly seem like an unfamiliar subject matter to some males. Guys only skin care would have been even more peculiar a few years back
Instead for remaining alien, male skin care has grown quite a nice sized investment.
Nevertheless, far more and more gentlemen are now being familiar with the relevance of their skin care. And for this reason you see so many market segments riped with male skin care products all of a sudden.
Even though the male skin is very different from that of a woman’s, men’s skin care is has always been similar to the skin care for women.
What does male skin care consist of?
No matter who must cleanse their skin, basically skin care must begin and end with the purpose of cleaning the skin in mind. Removing dirt from the kkin is the ultimate goal.
Easy one, cleansing the skin helps remove the dirt, grease and pollutants from the skin and helps in preventing pore clogging which in turn keeps away blemishes and discoloration.
Mostly the inherent oily nature of male skin makes cleansing an important part of man skin care procedure.
Skin cleansing should be done at least once every day, but it can be even far better if it is performed two times a day.
Most men might not know that using soap directly on their faces is a undesirable process.
The common skin care regimin for a male orbits considerably all around shaving their faces. Shaving for men comes in many forms like foams, gels, cremes and also after shave options are one particular of the most essential male skin care products.
So at the beginning of the day and the end, men and women have many things in common. Skin care is one of them.
What are some of you favorite men’s skin care products that you must use each and everyday and why do you prefer them over others?

There is a science to stress management. There are doctors who have done the hard years of research to show the way heal the human body. If there is one book you may want to pick up to change your diet choices for the better, but also to sooth any bouts of stress. Look for a book called Eat Right For Your Blood Type. The book was published in January 1997. By, The Eat Right for Your Type diet encourages people to eat specific food items and stay away from others dependent on their blood type — A, B, AB, or O.
The program offers solid research, tips and reliable advice from a doctor on how to tailor your entire diet, and exercise regime into a manageable situation that will actually protect and heal your body from many known health issues such as cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, digestive problems and stomach aches as well. If you implement just a few suggestions from the book along with drinking more water, and herbal teas from the book you will certainly feel better in a flash. Don’t expect stress, release it.

Now your body has the energy required to preformed the vital functions concerning the food you eat. INGEST (EAT) – DIGEST (BREAK DOWN). This is when we should eat the majority of our HEAVY CONCENTRATED FOODS.
Lunch and dinner fall into this cycle.
This is the time when the body is most efficient at digesting and dealing with foods. It’s also the time when we are burning them up the fastest because we’re at our most active. As long as we are eating according the dictates of our appetite, we should be merrily refuelling and burning, refuelling and burning in a fairly steady and comfortable way, which makes for a really comfortable feeling in the body.Eating when one is truly hungry can take a bit of getting used to, but is far more enjoyable than eating just because the clock dictates it’s lunchtime. And it makes so much sense!
Lunch is the best convenient to have starch meals at lunch as opposed to protein, Do so – Do not make this difficult.
Just make sure you plan your meals using the BASIC PRINCIPLES OF COMBING HEAVIER CONCENTRATED FOOD (protein or starch) with lighter foods, vegetable and /or salad).
Here are the food combining basics:
Starches + Veggies = OK
Proteins + Veggies = OK
Proteins + Starches = No No
Plant Proteins + Plant Proteins = OK
Animal Proteins + Animal Proteins = No No
Starches + Starches = OK
Fats + Proteins (animal or plant) = No No (or pair moderately)
Fats + Carbohydrates = OK
Fats + Starches = OK
Fruits are best eaten on an empty stomach
Fruit + Raw greens = OK (except melons)
When you “mis-combine” (mix incompatible food groups together at the same meal), two things happen: first, the food does not digest properly and ends up rotting and putrefying in your stomach, and second, because the food isn’t being absorbed properly, you don’t get the nutritional value you need from it.
When you mis-combine your meals by mixing animal protein with, say, carbohydrates high in starch (Maxi Carbs), your stomach begins pouring in both alkaline and acid, and unfortunately they neutralize each other. It’s a stalemate, and since the stomach maintains a 104 degree temperature, what you end up with is sort of an “oven” where the undigested meat and starch begins to ferment, rot and putrefy, causing the undesirable symptoms of gas, flatulence, headaches, bloat, sleepiness, diarrhea, constipation, etc. We’re talking about a real mess, and if it continues over the years, undigested food will begin to pile up and ultimately clog your colon and intestinal tract (your life lines to health).
WE ALL MUST BECOME MORE ACCEPTING OF THE FACT THAT…..WE DO NOT HAVE TO EAT MEAT AT EVERY MEAL……..WORK WITH THE PROGRAM AND THE PROGRAM WILL WORK FOR YOU.

Hair extensions are a procedure available in most hair salons that gives a customer the appearance and experience of lengthier or fuller tresses. The reason this procedure is referenced as “hair extensions” is that synthetic or pure human hair obtained by the beauty shop consumer and is interweaved into the buyer’s all-natural head of hair, and rather close up to the scalp. Some hair extensions can be dyed to match the clients hair color if desired.
Several women decide to have a hair extended mainly because they want to have lengthier hair, thicker hair, or due to the fact that they don’t like the feel of their natural hair. The variety of hair that is weaved into the natural hair can be found in almost any shade, size, and feel that client decides on. For instance, a natural brunette with shorter wavy hair can get a fuller distinctive hair design and style that will leave her with brown locks that now fall to her lower back.
The look of Hair extensions are worn on so many women both with long and short hair. Hair extensions can be cheaply done or professionally designed for a client depending on the clients natural hair texture a new look will be created like a work of art to enhance the clients natural hair. Based upon the desired look, the hair extension can be put on in a variety of distinct ways. Sometimes, extensions will cover the client’s natural hair completely. In cases like this, the extensions are more like a wig custom fitted to the shape the head.
On straight, wavy or curly hair extensions are most often used to emphasize a persons natural look. The effects of hair extensions can give the appearance of straight, curly, thick or different colored hair as well. Extensions add inches to hair length generally. Hair volume can be increased with more hair added without the feel of more weight usually. Clients may decide to add change their style for a more pleasing look by requesting a new color, straighter hair, longer or even a softer texture. The options are endless really. The way to add extensions to the hair correctly is to make sure the hair blends with the natural hair so the hairs match completely resulting in a full transformation and new upgraded hair style or a hair makeover.
Not all extensions are created equal, some are cheaply put together and will shed far more than higher grade extensions will. extensions can be damaging to the clients hair if the client doesn’t take proper care of them. It is very important that you brush through your extensions thoroughly and always blow them dry at the scalp. It is extremely important that you come back in when recommended to have them redone.
How long hair extensions will last depends on what type of hair extension you need. The hair wefts and skin wefts typically last 4-8 weeks depending on your growth cycle. These extensions can also be reused. The individual bonds can last 3-4 months. They will need to be replaced at the end of the wearing period or at your convenience.
The wonderful thing about extensions is the price points can accommodate anyone’s budget. Whether you want a few pieces added or a full head done depends on the clients budget and needs. Clients have the option of either synthetic or human hair in most case. Human hair generally cost more since it is always the best quality of hair donated by women from all over the world. This salon specializes in providing high quality Hair Wefts, Skin Wefts, and Individuals. It is best to set up a consultation prior to the date you want your extensions.Have fun and enjoy your new hair!
Let’s get started! Yeah. So, what exactly is writer’s block anyway? It looks a bit like this:
I just can’t come up with a single thing to say. I guess I’ll stop while I’m ahead!
Does this sound like you? No? Sure, come on now!! It’s alright. Just like you, we’ve all have at one time or another met this occurrence when we’ve had towrite something, specifically when there’s been a deadline for us to meet.
Again I’m talkingabout this. . . . .uh, I know the word i want to use but Dang it’s on the tip of my tongue . . .umm:
THAT’S WRITER’S BLOCK!
So what is writer’s block? Writer’s block is the best friend of the blank page. HAA! Then it happens, you may think you know EXACTLY what you’re going towrite, but as soon as you blink and see the blank white screen or sheet of paper, your mind abruptly goes empty. Then you try to grab at least one word from anywhere to pick up the inactivity that came out of nowhere..But still nothing. No! I’m not talking about some Zen meditationclose-your-eyes-and- breathe-until-enlightenment-comes kind ofblank.
I’m talking about tightness in your shoulders. Pulsing tension in your shoulders and maybe your back. Sweat beads trickling down your face, kind of blank. To top it all off! The tighter the deadline, the more tension some writers experience. Some people get sick from writer’s block. Can you believe that?
Having said that, let me say it again. “The tighter the deadline, the worse the tension in the body potentially of writer’s block gets.” What might potentially be triggering this unpleasant drop into speechlessness?
The answer is obvious: FEAR! Of what? Fear of finishing with crappy words. Or of not starting right. You are tense thinking of the big bad blank page. You are so concerned that you have absolutely nothing of value to say. You are reluctant of the fear of writer’s block itself!
It doesn’t actually make any difference if you’ve done a several years of research and all you have to do is string sentences you can repeat in your sleep collectively into consistent paragraphs. Writer’s block can hit anyone at any time. Based in fear, it raises our doubts about our own self-worth, but it’s funny. It’s also predictable if you remember it’s signs and don’t feed it with your thoughts.
It’s writer’s block, after all, so it doesn’t just come and let you know that. No, it makes you feel like a fool who just had your frontal lobes removed just before trying to write. You are uneasy that if you write your words on paper would surely come out looking something like blah-blah-blah!
Let’s try to be rational with this irrational thing. Here’s a list of what could be beneath this mysteriously messy condition.
You must absolutely produce a work of genius of literary works straight off in the first draft. Or else, you meet the criteria of a total disappointment.
2. Editing instead of writing.
There’s your own voice literally sitting on your shoulder, yelling as you type “I was born?,” no, not that, that’s wrong! And saying things like, That’s stupid! Fix that. No that makes no sense. And no, no, no, no!
3. Self-consciousness. How can you think, let alone write, when all you can manage to do is replay what your readers will think about what you’re going to write. You go through each possible scenario in your mind instead of using the time to get started or brainstorming on the details you want to include in writing your work. No instead you’re focusing on what you’re trying to write, why you aren’t going to measure up and no so motivating thoughts such as that.
4. Can’t get started.
It’s always the first sentence that’s the most challenging many writers say. Or is it? As writers, we all know how EXTREMELY important the first sentence is. In your mind, It must be brilliant! It must be unique! It must hook your reader’s from the start! There’s no way we can get into writing the piece until we get beyond the GREAT first sentence!
5. Shattered concentration.
You’re cat is sick. You suspect your significant other is not feeling to well either. Your electricity might be turned off any second. Maybe you have a crush on the local mailman. You have a dinner party coming up and you’re the host of it. Guess who’s coming? Your in-laws of course. . . Need I say more.
6. Procrastination. It’s your favorite hobby. It’s your soul mate. It’s the reason you’ve knitted 6 sweaters or built 9 bookcases in your garage. It’s the reason you never run out of peanut butter sandwiches, you never know when you might need another snack.
7. Not enough sleep.
You stay up all times of the night and day and your brain is filled with fuzz as a result. You’re not in-sync like you usually are when you’ve had your sleep. How can you get any work done under these conditions?
There’s a positive in all this! What could be positive about this? Well, the good thing is that, You have WRITER’S BLOCK for at least one of these reasons! Now let’s see what you can do about it!
Okay. I can hear you running away from reading this article as fast as you can. Absurd! you say. Never in a million years, you fume. You’re thinking…Writer’s block is absolutely, undeniably, scientifically proven to be impossible to overcome. Never ever will they find a cure for it!
Ha! not so fast there. Stop fuming and Oh, just get over it! Well, maybe your guess is that it’s not so easy. Come and sit back down for just a few minutes and listen. All you have to do is listen? To top it off, you don’t have to actually write a single word for now anyway.
The fumes are dissipating… Ah, there you are again. I am beginning to make you out now that the cloud of dust is settling.
I am here to tell you that WRITER’S BLOCK CAN BE OVERCOME.
Please, stay seated.
There are ways to trick this phenomena. Here are a few possibilities that WORK great every time! Pick one, pick several, and give them a try. Quickly, before you even have a chance for your heartbeat to accelerate, guess what? You’re creating with your writing again.
Here are some tried and legitimate possibilities of conquering writer’s block:
1. Be prepared. The only thing to fear is fear itself. (I know, that’s a cliché? but as soon as you start writing, feel free to improve on it this saying.) If you spend some time thinking over your project before you actually sit down to write, you may be able to avoid the toughest of the massive anxiety.
2. Forget perfectionism. No one ever writes a masterpiece in the first draft. Don’t put any expectations on your writing at all! In fact, tell yourself you’re going to write absolute crap, and then give yourself approval to enjoyably smell up your writing room with your spontaneous first draft.
3. Compose instead of editing. Never, never write your first draft with your thoughts inside your head making snide editorial comments. For your information Composing is a magical process. It surpasses the conscious mind by galaxies. It’s even incomprehensible to the conscious, editorial, first-mind. So prepare an ambush. Sit down at your laptop, computer or your desk. Take a deep breath and blow out all your thoughts. Let your finger float over your keyboard or pick up your pen. And then pull a fake: appear to be about to begin to write, but instead, using your thumb and index finger of your predominant hand, flick that little annoying negative voice sitting on your shoulder back into the barrel of laughs from which it came. Then leap in? Quickly! Write, scribble, scream, howl, sketch but let everything loose, as long as you do it with a pen, pencil or your computer keyboard.
4. Forget the first sentence. Clean it up later. You can sweat over that all-important one-liner when you’ve finished your piece. Skip it! Go for the middle or even the end. Start wherever you can. Chances are, when you read it over, the first line will be blinking its little neon lights right at you from the depths of your composition. It’s not that serious anyway. You can always come back to it.
5. Concentration. This is a tricky one. Life throws us so many curve balls. How about thinking about your writing time as a little getaway from all those tasks, lists etc and so on. It’s time to write so Banish them! Create a space, perhaps even a physical one, where nothing exists except the single present moment. If one of those irritating worries gets by you, stomp it by staying with your plan.
6. Stop procrastinating. I know this is a favorite for some. No writing gets done until it’s actually done! Write an outline. Keep your research notes within view. Use someone else’s writing to get going. I would say go online then read a line or two of someones blog or an article. Uhh maybe not. You may end up on FACEBOOK Or Twitter. Better yet uh, Go open a book and start reading just two lines then GO write, fast, fast ! Anymore reading and you’re back to square one again, What we call the procrastination drum line. Or open your mouth and start to Babble incoherently in the air then rapidly on paper or on the computer if you prefer.
WRITE! Just do it! (I know, this is a line stolen from somewhere?). But whatever It’s time to get your act together. Start a piece, and in turn you will one day finish. If you don’t start somewhere…Where will you be? NOWHERE. SO, go like the wind and Tack up anything that could help you to get you writing: notes, outlines, pictures of your grandmother, pictures of your childhood toys, your favorite actor or actress. Put a piece of fruit or cookie you will be allowed to eat when you finish your first draft within sight but out of your reach. Then pick up some of your earlier works and notice your styles of writing. You need juice to write, so use your memories and read it. Then read it again. Soon, trust me, the apprehension will slowly but surely fade away. As soon as it does, grab your keyboard or writing piece? Then get writing! congratulations on your work ahead of time, you did it!
It’s a fact that in the morning our digestives system takes just as much time to wake up as the rest of our body does. The best way to gently get it going is by drinking easy-to-digest juices, smoothies ,etc. They’re hydrating and packed with nutrients to replenish vitamins and minerals lost during the night and provide energy without feeling weighed down.
Some of the best raw food recipes for breakfast are green smoothies, fruit salads, granola and chia pudding. Even if you do not eat a strict living/raw food diet, having a breakfast of living/raw foods can do wonders for your health.
Your breakfast choice is crucial to whether or not your body can continue to detoxify or is forced to stop. For example, eggs and bacon will bring a halt to all the body’s hard work after a long night of fasting, but a raw food breakfast such as a fruit smoothie or bowl of chia oatmeal will allow the body to continue to cleanse itself.
A light breakfast of raw foods will also result in higher energy levels throughout the day because of how easy it is to digest. A few of my favorite living/raw food breakfast is fresh juice, fresh frutits, chia pudding or even smoothie, which is predigested by the blender and even easier to digest.
Though we need food for nourishment, we also need food to taste exquisite and be pleasing to the eye. Are not the most memorable meals the ones where every human sense is enticed? Don’t be discouraged if you never been proficient in the kitchen. Balancing flavor, creating texture and beautiful presentation are culinary arts that anyone can master. With living foods, there are countless possibilities within the parameters of not heating them. Sometimes you just have to think outside the box. As you look at these pictures, I hope that you are inspired.
