  1. I NEEDED this so bad….searched everywhere for a complete list of foods for raw foodist/vegans…you never cease to amaze me! Transitioning from a Detoxer, to a vegetarian, and now coming into being vegan (hopefully for the rest of my earthly life) it’s really difficult to grocery shop without the temptation of getting animal-based products because you simply don’t know what to buy. again, THANK YOU!
