Life has a way of teaching us all unique lessons. Some lessons we learn overtime while others take a few times to get right. Now your body has the energy required to preformed the vital functions concerning the food you eat. INGEST (EAT) – DIGEST (BREAK DOWN). This is when we should eat the majority of our HEAVY CONCENTRATED FOODS.
Lunch and dinner fall into this cycle.
This is the time when the body is most efficient at digesting and dealing with foods. It’s also the time when we are burning them up the fastest because we’re at our most active. As long as we are eating according the dictates of our appetite, we should be merrily refuelling and burning, refuelling and burning in a fairly steady and comfortable way, which makes for a really comfortable feeling in the body.Eating when one is truly hungry can take a bit of getting used to, but is far more enjoyable than eating just because the clock dictates it’s lunchtime. And it makes so much sense!
Lunch is the best convenient to have starch meals at lunch as opposed to protein, Do so – Do not make this difficult.
Just make sure you plan your meals using the BASIC PRINCIPLES OF COMBING HEAVIER CONCENTRATED FOOD (protein or starch) with lighter foods, vegetable and /or salad).

When you “mis-combine” (mix incompatible food groups together at the same meal), two things happen: first, the food does not digest properly and ends up rotting and putrefying in your stomach, and second, because the food isn’t being absorbed properly, you don’t get the nutritional value you need from it.
When you mis-combine your meals by mixing animal protein with, say, carbohydrates high in starch (Maxi Carbs), your stomach begins pouring in both alkaline and acid, and unfortunately they neutralize each other. It’s a stalemate, and since the stomach maintains a 104 degree temperature, what you end up with is sort of an “oven” where the undigested meat and starch begins to ferment, rot and putrefy, causing the undesirable symptoms of gas, flatulence, headaches, bloat, sleepiness, diarrhea, constipation, etc. We’re talking about a real mess, and if it continues over the years, undigested food will begin to pile up and ultimately clog your colon and intestinal tract (your life lines to health).

If we are not chewing our food thoroughly, chances are we won’t be able to digest, absorb, and ultimately, assimilate it into our body. Thus, chewing serves an important function. It is also essential that we put our awareness into eating so we get the most from the experience and do not feel like overeating – chewing slowly helps us to accomplish this. Eating with consciousness keeps us in the moment and allows us to savor the flavor and joy of foods!
*Eat high-quality foods for your highest self: Every day we are bombarded with food choices – how do we know what is best for us? Nutritionists seem to tell us one thing one day and another thing the next. How do we know how to choose foods? The throat chakra is about choice, decisions, and options – but not just any – the throat chakra, being a higher, resonating chakra than some of the other lower chakras, is calling us to make the best choice for ourselves and our planet. Hair coloring is one of the most amazing trends! If you’re looking to renew your look with some type of makeover, why not start with your hair color? The primary concern with most women is not knowing which color to pick for dying their hair. Let’s see where to start, well all the hot magazines usually say it all depends on what your eye color is foremost. What if you have dark brown eyes? Then lightening your hair would be a great way to accent your eye color. If you have light colored eyes the rule is to keep your hair color darker. The contrast of light and dark give the effect of making your eyes POP!
Other stylists say they prefer to see black hair on darker skin, with maybe a few light brown highlights instead of taking the entire head of hair up to a lighter brown, highlights typically look fantastic and sexy!
I once heard a woman say that no brand of hair dye really works good on black hair because black hair is usually deep black or a dark brown. There are solutions out there though, one may even opt for a rich red color too. Dark hair is may not take most hair color easily especially if you’re going lighter. The sure way to get color to show on dark hair is to lift the color. Most professional salons can help you here. Lightening hair is a lengthy process but the end result is quite nice!
There are brands in the grocery store that you can work with at home for a new look. All colors pretty much work the same except for the darker colors since they are more longer lasting typically. Look for hair color especially made for black hair as a start. However, you never want to grab the first brand you see when you’re in a store. For example, an herbal essence brand may not be a good option since it will probably dry your hair out. Go black, since generally you can expect the hair color brands for black hair to have a good moisturizer in them.
I’ve heard from a couple women that the best brand of hair color to use on black hair is Adore. You can find it at major beauty supplies stores. Considering, your existing hair color you may need to lighten it first with hair peroxide. Usually its number 20 for lightening darker hair or number 10 for lighter hair, Sometimes number 30 peroxide is used but keep in mind the stronger the peroxide, the more damage is done to your hair.
What if you want color but want to just refresh your look but don’t want anything too drastic? Commonly the color brown is seen as more natural, or you could opt for a deep brown which is a brilliant look for complimenting brown skin. If you want to jazz it up a bit use a little red color with it. If you think the color black or dark brown is too dark for your skin completion, I would do light brown and add some chunks of various light brown tones too. Alternately you could do a warm but deep, rich, chocolate brown. Feisty!

Changing the color of natural black hair can be quite a task if you don’t know what to look for or what to do. So lets start with some of the better solutions first to get you on track with this hair color transformational thing. One of the most popular products to use for dying your hair to a long lasting color is Clairol Texture and Tones Permanent Hair color, next on the list is Cream of Natures brand of hair color or Dark and Lovely Hair Color. These brands have been on the market for over 20 years at least. You can count on them for predictable results. Many beauticians say these brands are true to bringing out the color that is on the box. In other words what you see is what you get.
Some people still argue that at home hair coloring is not a wonderful idea for newbie hair colorists. Professional stylists often say that it’s safer to get your hair permanently dyed by a beautician. Their reasons for saying this is because of the mistakes that can happen as a result of a person not following directions. For instance if you don’t rinse the hair dye out of your hair all the way or well enough, you could expect to have some possible issues with hair breakage perhaps. In addition no one wants you to get hair color in your eyes or to leave the color solution on your skin for longer than absolutely necessary to do so.
